International postal items (IGOs) - packaged and issued in accordance with the norms and standard postal services (simple, custom), items with declared value, postcards (simple, customized), parcels and special bags marked "M" (simple, customized ), small packages, postal parcels (ordinary, with declared value), sending express mails marked EMS, which are accepted for shipment outside Ukraine, arrive in Ukraine or are transported through Ukraine by transit operators for tovoy connection.
